The delivery was not good, difficult to unpack, difficult to put together. We are working on redoing our living room (everything!) I don't know, but it's now a $3000 couch that I will throw away. I also noticed the feathers from the stuffing poking out. The cushions are thinner than expected and not soft, even after weeks of breaking in. i had a little trouble putting the sectional together but overall the couch is super cozy and comfortable. The visions are not super soft but the fabric feels nice and looks beautiful. Accompanied by an ottoman, you get a place to rest your feet or another seat when company arrives. We also scotch guarded the sofa so we feel more then comfortable to eating and living on it, Its the perfect size, very comfortable and gives a great clean look. The furniture is comfortable and I like the color. So right within their estimates! It is so comfortable and pretty to look at. I don't know if they were paid or sponsored reviews but this was truly a huge disappointment. Vacuuming it helps to remove some of them, but we've had the couch for about six months and the cushions looks like they're move like five years old because of the fabric wear.
